Leduc gets together with Beaumont

The members of Leduc City Council had the pleasure to meet with the members of the Town of Beaumont Council on March 18th. Our two Councils had the opportunity to discuss issues of common interest and to tour two new facilities that Beaumont has constructed: their Operations Building, and their new Aquatics Center. Beaumont Council was our gracious host and I would like to thank them very much for their hospitality!

As the City of Leduc is moving forward with the development of our Operations Building, it was good to have a chance to see Beaumonts building and to talk about their experience. We also had the chance to discuss our role on common boards such as the Capital Region Board, The City of Leduc's Public Transit Plan, and our growth plans.
